This module explores advanced topics in leadership as it pertains to change management in dynamic health care environments found in low- and middle-income countries. It introduces participants to principles of emotional intelligence, conflict management, cultural sensitivities and decision making. It aims to equip future organisational leaders with the skills necessary to assess, plan, and implement organizational change in complex and uncertain conditions in the global context.
